At GW Store, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your GW Store account and select 'Order History' to request a return authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original delivery boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
