      Long and sturdy knife, with a serrated blade. Serrated edge that cuts effortlessly through bread.

      Key Features:

          • Thanks to its 7'' blade made from NITRUM® stainless steel, this knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully.  Its special formula of steel to nitrogen improves performance without negative repercussions on the environment. 
          • It has a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle and has also been designed with a rounded back of the blade to make it more comfortable and easier to handle.  This series has a bolster for added safety.
          • It is important to use a serrated knife with bread since a smooth blade will become dull when used on bread crust. 
          • Made with tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets.
