        Details:

              A 4’’ forged blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel was necessary to create this knife. Making them with this material means that the product lasts longer and cuts more powerfully.

              It has a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, a material which is highly resistant to heat and temperature changes.

              The Opera series stands out, among other things, for the rounded back of its blade and also because it has a bolster to avoid unwanted cuts.

              Its main characteristic is its exclusive silk edge which gives it a unique and high-quality cut.  Tradition and technology combine to make this special edge for our Arcos knives.
              Made with tongue-and-groove rivets with corrosion resistant stainless steel.
