              This series has been created with the objective of bringing you a variety of the highest quality knives. That’s why we manufactured a series with a 100% natural Ovengkol wooden handle. This material comes from well-managed FSC® certified forests and, in addition it comes packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%. The chef’s knife features a 6'' NITRUM® stainless steel blade and includes our special silk edge. These characteristics make it a high-quality knife with a powerful cut. So that the handle doesn’t rub against your hand or cause friction, the Nórdika series benefits from a back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip. Manufactured with brass rivets which give the handle an avant-garde design.
